Taught to us by by an Egyptian baker, this extraordinary recipe makes Bowan Island’s Turkish Bread like no other. With an olive oil infused crust, this is a beautifully textured, soft, slightly chewy bread. Superb with dips, cheese or as a sandwich bread.
