THE IRELAND
Our adaptation of the “original” is made from organic, stoneground wholemeal & unbleached flours, pure yellow box honey, soda and a pinch of salt. Simply irresistible.       

THE WALNUT
To the  “Ireland” base we’ve added a generous handful of walnut pieces, creating a gorgeous savoury bread.

FRUMIOUS FRUIT
The ultimate fruit bread. Using the “Ireland” base, we’ve added raisins, currants, sultanas, orange & lemon peel, with three secret spices. A flavoursome, fruitilogical experience!
